05 - Tribal Allies
To widen the line, and since Rich and I have the models, we added in
symmachiarii allies to the game. They are fast and
also
crash into each other and often vaporize. I need to revisit the idea
of how these troops work as allies.
These
are Wargames Foundry Germans (left) charging a mixed unit of Old
Glory, Foundry,
Relic,
and a few Warlord and Victrix plastic Gauls.
The
Foundry German cavalry (left) meet and vaporize the berserk Gallic
cavalry (Old Glory).
Old Glory
wild Germans based as loose order troops, should help them slip
through the terrain easier.
